With over two decades of experience in the art world, Elise Arnoult Miller is a highly respected art advisor and appraiser known for her exceptional expertise, discerning eye, and unwavering commitment to her clients. She holds a degree in Art History and Anthropology, studied the arts at the prestigious Sorbonne in Paris, and completed formal Appraiser’s training with New York University, equipping her with both scholarly depth and practical acumen.

Before launching her independent advisory in 2010, Elise honed her skills in gallery, auction house and museum settings, gaining valuable insight into the complexities of the global art market. Her work bridges historical understanding with contemporary relevance, ensuring that each acquisition or collection strategy is not only aesthetically significant but also a sound investment.

As a trusted advisor, Elise is celebrated for her integrity, discretion, and tailored approach to art advising. She collaborates closely with collectors to build collections that reflect their individual passions and legacies while navigating the art market with unparalleled professionalism. Her advisory services include acquisition, appraisal, and collection management, all delivered with meticulous attention to detail and a deep-rooted commitment to excellence.

Beyond advising, Elise is a sought-after curator, speaker, and juror, frequently collaborating with artists, galleries, and cultural institutions. Her ability to champion both emerging talent and established masters has earned her invitations to curate exhibitions, deliver talks, and serve on esteemed art juries.

Elise has served on the Museum Collectors Advisory Committee at the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston. She serves on the Advisory Board of PrintMatters Houston, and is a member of the Association of Women Art Dealers (AWAD). She is a current member and former Chapter Leader of ArtTable, and a Certified Appraiser (the highest designation) with the Appraiser’s Association of America (AAA).

Monica has been working in art for over fifteen years, both through studio practice and in education. Originally from McAllen, Texas, she grew up in Houston and holds a degree in fine art from the University of Houston. Since joining Arnoult Fine Art in 2023, she has been instrumental in media management and providing logistical support. Monica is passionate about connecting people with art and fostering creativity in meaningful ways.
